CLOTHING OPTIONS:
What you wear the day of your shooting is very important, and affects your mood and attitude. That's why it's important to consult with the photographer if you are unsure about what to wear.

*  Clothing should be wrinkle free, clean, and fit well

* Please avoid large prints and logo type clothing like cartoon characters, this is very distracting and draws attention away from the main subject. We suggest solid color tops or business attire for corporate clients.

* Heavy and flashy type jewelry should be avoided.

* We suggest that the client bring several tops so that the photographer can help with clothing and make a decision on what will be flattering and compliment their look.


MODELS & ACTORS:
If you're signed with an agent, I would HIGHLY recommend that you review your images with your agent before making your final selection. Most images that the model likes, the agency usually don't like them. Agents know what images will get you work, so it's important to set aside what you like and discuss your options with your agent. A lot of models who pick images without help usually have to come back and purchase more because the agent didn't like their selection. So to save time and money please review with your agent.


ONLINE GALLERIES & FINAL SELECTION:
I understand that after your session you are eager to view your images, please understand that it takes about 7 business days to prepare images and post them online. Once they are posted you have seven days to make your selection, and it will take me about 5-7 days for the retoucher to complete your final order. HAIR & MAKEUP
Hair should be clean and neat the day of the shoot, if you are paying for hair and makeup services, please wash your hair the night before the shoot. Any hair extensions should be fresh and neat.
Those coming to the shoot makeup ready should keep the makeup very light and not too heavy. Limited the amount of under eye makeup and bright colors on the lips, heavy lip liner should be avoided. If you are paying for makeup services, please make sure you have cleaned your face prior to coming to the shoot.


CHILDREN & DISCIPLINE
The photographer has the right to stop a session if a child is uncontrollable and not cooperating. If it comes to this, there will be no refunds or reshoots, that's why it's important that parents talk to young children before the shoot and make them aware of how important the shoot is. We also want parents to understand that this is not a portrait session; full body shots will not be taken unless you purchase that session. We also encourage parents to limit the number of people attending the shoot; this prevents nervousness and distractions. Another important thing we ask parents to do is to feed their children before the shoot, please don't wait until after the shoot to feed your children. If a child is hungry, they will most likely get very upset and refuse to cooperate. If you don't want them to eat heavy, bring small snacks to the session to hold them over until the session is complete.


RE-TOUCHING
Basic Retouching is included with all our sessions!!!!,

most of our headshots require minimum retouching, if the client follows the above makeup and hair guidelines. Headshots of children will never be retouched too heavy, we also ask that parents bring wet wipes to make sure their child's face remains clean. Our retouching is done by an outside source and images are usually ready within 5-7 business days.


TRAVEL FEES
If you request that the photographer comes to you, please understand that additional travel fees may apply if you live ten miles outside of Sugar Land. When booking your shoot, please let us know your location so we can calculate any additional fees.

 


re-shoots
We encourage our clients to approach the session with a very positive attitude, we do understand that most people do not like to have their pictures taken or feel that they don't take good pictures. But when a client is negative from the beginning of the session, this usually shows through their images, and will produce images not very pleasing to the client. We only offer reshoots if the error is with the photographer (LOST IMAGES, ETC). We will not offer reshoots if the client is unhappy with their looks, makeup, clothing options, etc. If client chose not to get their hair and makeup done professionally, this is not the fault of the photographer if they are not happy with the final results. We encourage clients to get their hair and makeup professionally done and consult with a wardrobe stylist for looks. We do have a list of professional artists that can assist with these needs.


Tardiness
We ask that clients show up to the shoot at least 10 min before their session, clients who are late to their session will only be able to shoot for the remainder of their session time.
